Last night, Saturday Night Live celebrated its grand 40-year history with a mega-show. Cast members (past and present), former hosts and cultural icons were on hand to pay homage to the long-running late night comedy show. In case you missed it, there are plenty of recaps and photos floating around today.

People ranks the top five moments here. No surprise that Bradley Cooper and Betty White smooching makes the list. The New York Daily News offers a glimpse at behind-the-scenes photos. USA Today writes a recap as well as an article about who was missing from the reunion.

Last night’s fun was a reminder how important this show has been to the American public, comedy and comedy writing over the last four decades. Literally a who’s who of TV and film stars have passed through Studio 8H. And, we’ve been entertained by the show, its political satire (Sarah Palin was even there last night) and its wild characters. Thanks for the memories SNL.
